Salt Bath Rebuilds
Fluidtherm offers a wide spectrum of services to keep your equipment operating and paying for its keep. We can provide parts such as salt bath electrodes, accessories, thermocouple assemblies, rebuilding kits, and complete spare replacement furnaces, as well as replacement components.
A significant portion of our operation rebuilds many models and types of furnaces including Upton, Ajax, Impac, and of course Fluidtherm. This process includes receiving the old furnace unit, breaking it down, and disposing of the contents of the scrap refractories. We take great care to segregate, store, and dispose of hazardous waste materials that are frequently part of the heat treating process. This disposal is provided by a licensed firm that will include the necessary verification of disposal. We can assure you that the materials that need such treatment are handled properly and can provide documentation that backs this claim.
We can and do store completed spare furnace units for JIT shipment to our customers and we are willing to arrange this service
